A classic.
Someone used this picture against me in an argument [among other things, and it of course ended with the other person resorting to the GUNS DONT KILL PEOPLE mantra, so I gave up there], and I’d like to know what you think of it and if/why its wrong.

This is an argument for nothing. All of these are problems, their severity does not indicate whether one should be controlled or not. The fact is we have an opportunity to fix one of those problems and we should do that.
This comparison is no exaggeration- in an infant circumcision, the foreskin must be forcibly separated from the glans, as they are fused together in infants. If that doesn’t sound excruciating enough, this separation isn’t always 100% successful- sometimes chunks of the glans are ripped off along with the foreskin.
Circumcision really is horrible. I have a nick/scar at the tip of my glans from my circumcision, not that it affects me in any way, but still.
How can you ever know if it affected you, if you’ve never known anything different?
However, bottom line. Yes. Please do not cut up babies. or adults even.
